Francis H. Tong
Francis joined Arlington Capital Partners in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at JPMorgan Chase’s technology, media and telecom practice in New York, where he focused primarily on the radio, television, IT services and wireless and wireline telecommunication sectors. At JPMorgan, he worked on multiple mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and capital markets financings. Francis’ transaction experiences include Embarq’s spin-off from Sprint Nextel, Sprint Nextel’s acquisition of Nextel Partners and Polaroid’s sale to Petters Group Worldwide.
Francis graduated with honors from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.S. degree in computer science information systems and economics.
