Matthew M. Rich
Matthew joined Arlington in 2004 and is a Vice President of the Fund. Matthew has been involved with Arlington's investments in Advanced Health Media, Ad Venture Interactive (formerly PlattForm Holdings), BrightStar Education and Cambridge Major Labs. Prior to Arlington, Matthew worked in Lazard Frères & Co.'s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York, where he was focused on a wide range of healthcare industries including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical technology. At Lazard, he was involved in several multi-billion dollar merger transactions and financing assignments.
Matthew previously served on the Board of Advanced Health Media.
Matthew earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar. He also earned a B.S.E. degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
