Eric joined Arlington Capital Partners in 2007 and is a Senior Associate. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Citigroup’s Technology Investment Banking group in New York, focusing primarily on companies in the IT services, offshore BPO and software sectors. At Citigroup, he worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions and capital markets financings. His notable transaction experience includes Electronic Data Systems’ acquisition of Mphasis, Caritor’s acquisition of Keane, and a range of strategic financings, including the IPO of MasterCard. Since joining Arlington Capital, Eric has worked closely with the firm’s investments in Consolidated Precision Products, Ad Venture Interactive, and TSI Group.
Eric graduated with high honors from Princeton University with an A.B. degree in Economics along with a Certificate in Finance.
