Apogen Technologies (www.apogentech.com) was formed together with Arlington Operating Executives Phil Odeen, Todd Stottlemyer and Paul Leslie to consolidate providers of information technology services and solutions to the U.S. government. Arlington has committed up to $75 million of capital to this effort and, to date, has acquired ITS Services, Inc. and Science and Engineering Associates, Inc. (SEA). The combined Company employs nearly 1,000 people and is a leading provider of information technology solutions to the U.S. Government in three core areas: enterprise architecture, network services and operations, and software and applications development. Current customers include the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Department of Energy, U.S. Census Bureau, Department of Agriculture and the Internal Revenue Service.

ITS Services, Inc., founded in 1991, was acquired by Apogen in March 2003. The Company's service offerings span the entire systems and software development life cycle. The Company's customers include U.S. Customs Service, U.S. Census Bureau, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Small Business Administration, U.S. Mint, Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Internal Revenue Service.

Science & Engineering Associates, Inc. (SEA), founded in 1980, was acquired by Apogen in January 2004. Co-headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico and New Orleans, Louisiana, the Company's diverse collection of information technology, scientific, and managerial expertise enables it to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to government agencies. The Company's customers include U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, Department of Energy, U.S. Air Force, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and Air National Guard.

In 2005, Apogen Technologies was sold to QinetiQ for approximately $300 million. QinetiQ is a UK based aerospace/defense company with approximately $2 billion in revenues.

Apogen Technologies is headquartered in McLean, Virginia.
