Chris Stallmann
Chris joined Arlington Capital Partners as an Associate in 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Chris worked for Deutsche Bank’s Financial Sponsors Group in New York. While at Deutsche Bank, he worked on numerous transactions for the firm’s sponsor clients including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancings, mergers and acquistions and equity offerings. Notable transaction experience includes THL’s acquisition of inVentiv Health, a KKR lead consortium’s acquisition of Del Monte Foods and refinancings for The Weather Channel and Metaldyne.
Chris graduated summa cum laude with honors from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business where he received a B.B.A. in both Finance and Real Estate. |
